Services for Families

Things to Know Before you Book:

  1. Prior to booking a first appointment, we offer a free 20-minute initial consultation via phone to get to know you and your family, discuss your needs, and ensure a good fit with our services. Please use our contact form or email us directly to schedule.

  2. Appointments following initial consultation will be provided in the comfort of your home or via telehealth. Each session is 60 minutes, with the last 10 minutes dedicated to cleaning up and debriefing with caregivers.

  3. Fees: Insurance isn't accepted; however, we can provide an itemized superbill to be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement via HSA/FSA as a preventative medical cost. We also offer a sliding scale by income option to work with your family's financial needs. Our services can be fully covered by the State of Minnesota’s Department of Human Services, Consumer-Directed Community Supports Waiver. View this page for more information.
